New Canaan Modern's. Now Recognized and on the National List of Historic Homes

I am thrilled that two of my clients have homes that are now nationally recognized as owners of these notable homes.  In both these cases, I had the listings on these great homes and I decided to publish them on a modern homes website. Both of my clients came to me as buyers and bought these houses. Two New Canaan Closings This Week

Two of my listings closed this week sucessfully. 109 Sagamore Trail closed at $1,375,000, 93% of asking price, however, it was on the market for a year. 117 Lantern Ridge closed at $800,000, not on the market that long but sold at 90% of asking price. So far this year there have been 64 residential closings to date.
