Fourth of July in New Canaan. Hiking one of the most beautifully natural spots in New Canaan and Wilton. Happy 4th.

The pool at The New Canaan YMCA is my favorite place to go in the morning to swim laps. The water is warm, it is quiet, there is no internet or TV and it is not crowded. You can actually hear yourself think. The Y offers many things of benefit for people of all ages. Check it out http://www.newcanaanymca.org/
