New Canaan Real Estate Activity February 16 through March 22
Open House Activity is Heating Up
While the real estate activity was dormant during the month of January, February started to see signs of increased activity while March is promising to be more optimistic than February. Activity at open houses is brisk with lots of interest.
While there were no sales in January, there were 6 closings in New Canaan from February 16 on. In addition, as a better barometer of what is to come, there are 14 contracts pending that have been reported and more that are not reported yet as brokers want to be certain of a firm contract before reporting.
