The network television series “OpenHouse NYC” will feature 153 Chichester Road in New Canaan as part of its Sunday, October 30, episode. The show, which airs on NBC Channel 4 on Sunday mornings at 8:30, focuses on luxury real estate properties on the market in the New York metro area. The houses featured in each episode represent some of the finest work in both traditional and contemporary home design and feature expert commentary and interviews with homeowners. The 15,000 square-foot Chichester Road estate, built in 2006 by the home’s owner Joe Sisca, is priced at $13,850,000 and is set on a seven private acres, and features 10-foot coffered ceilings, nine fireplaces, and limestone and oak floors.
